Within Lebanon there is also, Coleman Memorial Park on the north side of the city with over 99-acres of green space. Also, Stoever’s Dam Park in the northeast section of the city offers 153 acres for camping, picnicking, canoeing, fishing, and hiking.
Next, the Swatara State Park is about 14 miles north of the investment property. This outdoor oasis features 3,520 acres of outdoor recreation. There are 18.2 miles of hiking trails for biking, hiking and horseback riding. There are also several access points to Swatara Creek for tubing, canoeing, kayaking, or fishing.

The Cornwall & Lebanon Railroad and The Cornwall Railroad are the two railroad lines that complete this rebuilt trail. Once completed this will be a 25-mile trail.
