Team Longenecker’s Virtual Services during COVID-19 Pandemic

The health and well-being of our clients and partners is always our top priority. We all continue to adjust our lives during the COVID-19 pandemic and this time of “social-distancing”. We want to share an update on the services that Team Longenecker provides for our clients.

Virtual Tours

Team Longenecker can provide you with virrtual home tours to limit COVID-19 exposure.

For the convenience and safety of our clients and home owners we are offering virtual tours by appointment. This virtual option can replace in-person home tours. In the past, this service has been primarily used by our out of state home buyers. But we find it to be a great tool in viewing homes for our current situation. We can use a variety of programs including FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, Skype and WhatsApp. If your not familiar with these tools, don’t worry, we can find an option that works for you.

Conference Calls & Virtual Meetings

Team Longenecker can meet with you via conference call or virtual meeting instead of in-person meetings to limit COVID-19 exposure.

Don’t let social distancing push off our initial meeting. We can use conference calls or programs like Zoom to host a virtual meeting instead of in-person consultations.

Electronic Signatures

Team Longenecker uses dotloop for electronic signatures to keep transactions moving forward and limit in-person contact.

We use the online program of dotloop that ensures your security in completing and signing online documents. This system is safe and secure and protects your information. While allowing us to keep the transaction moving forward without meeting for in-person signatures.

Online Search Portals

Team Longenecker can create an online portal for your home search.

Our Realtor multi-list system allows us to create a customized online portals. These portals allow you to view the newest listings and make notes. As well as highlight your favorites homes all from the comfort of your desktop or mobile phone. If your not already set up with your own portal, contact us now and we are glad to set it up for you.


We have great relationships with our transaction partners, from lenders, title agents, home inspectors and more. These relationships allow us to stay on top of changes in the market. As well as emerging COVID-19 government mandates, shut downs and aide. With this in mind, let us take on the responsibility! We will stay on top of these changes and working through how they effect your real estate transaction or goals.

Also, we are now including a COVID-19 addendum for all transactions. This adedendum outlines delays and changes that could occur in this ever-changing situation. With this addendum we address communication by all parties and protects your interests in the transaction.
